It was a beautiful summer day in Winnipeg when Shaminder and Jasmin tied the knot the day before. The following day’s wedding reception in Winnipeg was equally stunning. However, before that, we started off in the exchange district creating beautiful portraits of the couple. When I first saw them that afternoon, I was blown away by how amazing they looked. Jasmin wore this beautiful pink gold dress that sparkled in the sun. In addition to that, Shaminder wore this beautiful red suit jacket that complemented Jasmin’s reception dress.

I remember the entrances of the family members and how the guests were twirling their table clothes as they cheered. The biggest cheers were obviously saved for Shaminder and Jasmin who had the biggest smiles on their faces.

Afterwards, the couple sat down back to back on the dance floor for the shoe game which broke out lots of laughs from the guests. Moving forward, we enjoyed a delicious meal and various speeches and toasts were given in honour of the newlyweds.

I remember how touching Shaminder’s speech was to his father on how much he sacrificed for the family. After that Shaminder and Jasmin took to the dance floor, sharing a romantic first dance as husband and wife.
