Edmonton Engagement Shoot

 

A quick trip from shooting in Banff I ended up doing an Edmonton engagement shoot right after Navi and Jessica’s wedding function. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and we got beautiful weather in April. Coming from Winnipeg that was a real treat especially after the winter we had and ongoing rains in the spring.

Shaminder and Jasmin had already did some research and found a beautiful cocktail bar called Alchemy. We first started off on a nice parkade and enjoy the outdoor sun for awhile. Edmonton is gorgeous and has many beautiful locations to shoot in. I’d love to go back again and do another engagement shoot in Edmonton sometime soon.

With that said I’ll probably get out to Jasper for another session with some lucky couples some time this year. It’s great to make some unique photos for my couples that want something different, especially from Winnipeg where the same old spots get repetitive and boring.

This engagement shoot in Edmonton was perfect for many reasons, as the couple were already familiar with me and so comfortable and confident. They could just relax and enjoy the time we had. The weather was perfect, the locations were great and the couple looked awesome and were super comfortable. What more could I have asked for?

I hope you enjoy all the photos we made that day and the previous week. With that said, there will be more to come on the blog this year as weddings are in full swing. With Covid restrictions in the rearview hopefully more content will be made and life can go on!
