Wedding Ceremony

Jerwin and Annie had two ceremonies for their wedding. One being a traditional Laos ceremony at their home and the other ceremony was a traditional wedding at Club Regent Casino.

The Club Regent Casino wedding ceremony was beautifully decorated by Justin Couture. A wedding planner that I never worked with before. They did an incredible job coordinating and decorating the ceremony and reception.

As you can see it was very dark and with our flashes and lighting the couple really stood out during in the photos in this location. If you’re were going to have a similar wedding ceremony at Club Regent Casino you’ll need photographers and videographers who know how to use lights. There were so many beautiful moments during this wedding and if anyone reading this knows Jerwin then you’ll know how silly and funny this wedding was.

Jerwin is quite the character and loves making everyone laugh and I’m sure that’s a quality Annie loves about him.

The wedding at Club Regent Casino was short and sweet. It was a traditional Catholic Ceremony as most Filipino weddings are. Right after that we went into family photos and portraits of the bride and groom. They decided the exchange would be best for those photos. It was a beautiful day and we hit up the cube in front of the kings head pub. We quickly did those photos with the bridal party which was huge by the way. Jerwin himself hates photos lol so I tried to get a few portraits and he was such a great sport and cooperated just enough to make everyone happy.

This ceremony was very surprising for me because I wasn’t aware on how much they actually drink. The amount of shots that early in the morning provided by the family would have put me on the ground. They celebrate excitingly and encourage getting drunk if possible, especially for the groom.

The girls look amazing in their wedding dresses. It was such cool experience photographing this culture and events.
